Owner Cliffie Jacobs, had started in the Motor Industry at a young age and started up his first business Tow Tech Auto Repairs with the knowledge he had gained,  back in 1994. 

He had not only been in the fixing of vehicles, but had run a towing service along with the repairs. 

He then decided to focus more on the repairs, and sold the towing side of his business. and decided on a fresh start under Cliffie’s Auto Repairs in 2006

Currently situated at 6 Saint Pauls Road, North End. East London. Cliffie who had been running Cliffie’s Auto with his wife, Marie Jacobs. then had their son Chris Jacobs join them in 2009. Who has taken over the Diagnostic and Auto Electrical Duties. 

In 2011 their younger son Cliffie jnr Jacobs, came into the fold. And completed his qualifications in April 2015 to become a qualified artisan motor mechanic and controls the mechanical side of things. 

Since then, Cliffie’s Auto Repairs has received 5 star grading from MIWA. which is the highest you can get.
